I never rate anything perfect, I always believe there is room for improvement but we truly love this team.

We are a complicated company to clean, as we are open 6am-8pm and client facing, Monday to Friday and half days on Saturdays. We only have it in our budget for one person to clean. They have to clean around client schedules, team schedules and look after 21,000 sq.ft. This is not an easy task. It requires thinking, planning, organization, thinking above and beyond, being super detailed oriented, being proactive and sometimes reactive (things spill, break, weather is bad, causing the floors to be in a constant state of dirt and wetness) versus an office that would be cleaned with no people around. Often the cleaner has to change directions a few times over the course of the day.

Jared and Aaron have been great to work with from a financial point of view (trying to come to a win win situation), being very responsive to changes and needs, resolving any issues, and being very service oriented. They hired great individuals and take care of their team (they call them family), we call them FAMILY!

Ask them to share their story with you, of how they came to be! If not, ask them, as it’s a great story! I promise, it’s worth your time.

My name is Rochelle Loewen. I am writing with respect to Joel the Pavillions building maintenance personal. Joel is a shining example of someone who not only puts much more than whats surely requested of his job description, but he is also always a warm inviting with a smile upon his face for all who reside at the Pavillions. Joel is sure to help old ladies to and from their cars, if he is free, or help blow up a child’s bicycle tire, of help me with my baby grab a cart for my groceries and, a vast array of other incredibly kind things. Honestly, I believe he is the proverbial heartbeat of the Pavillions. I am a small business owner and I know how rare it is to have an employee that cares this much, or even half of what Joel does. He is unaware that I am writing this letter and I think he may be somewhat bashful or embarrassed by this. I do know he works all day at the Pavillions and then goes to another job where he makes pizza at night (this is amazing considering how hard he works every day). Someone like Joel is so valuable to the Pavillions organization. He is absolute gold!

We’ve been with Picture Perfect Cleaning for a good number of years now and the whole experience has been terrific. Ours is a unique situation in that St. Peter’s sees well over 2500 people per weekend plus everything else happening on a weekly basis in our facility.
