This was at the height of uncertainty—when no one fully understood the risk. He did it to show courage, and to set the tone for the entire company.
- 🧑💼 Our COO worked 12-hour shifts inside seniors’ residences, not only supporting cleaning staff, but also assisting healthcare teams, coordinating logistics, and even physically helping move residents from one room to another. These were not ordinary cleaning tasks—they were acts of service, empathy, and leadership.
During this time, we weren’t just a cleaning company. We were a lifeline.
